Information about applying

We aim to create a diverse housing structure and a socially balanced residential area. The choice of residents is based on social responsibility and economic needs. The residents are selected by comparing applicants, with priority given to homeless and other most in need, low-income applicants.

The application is valid for three months and can be renewed with a personal notice.

The right to move to the apartment is secured by signing the rental contract. The keys can be handed over when the deposit and the first month’s rent are paid in the landlord’s account.
