Our free maintenance services cover the repair of technical faults, mounting a dishwasher or washing machine as well as the maintenance and servicing of technical housing systems, for example. All services subject to a fee or deposit are listed below.

Sauna shifts:
- Regular shift €13/month
- Single shift €4/shift
Access right to the laundry: Deposit €20
Apartment-specific right to use the pram storage: Deposit €10
Apartment-specific right to use the cold storage: Deposit €10
Opening the door:
- Mon–Fri from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. €10
- Sat–Sun from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. €60
- Mon–Sun from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. €60
- Mon–Sun from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. €90
Spare key for the apartment: Deposit €30
Spare master key: Deposit €30
Replacing a lost key: €30
Rekeying of lock: €200
Single booking of the community centre: Key and cleaning deposit €50
Outdoor bike shelter: €5/month
Moped shelter: €10/month
