Storage facilities

Every building has free apartment-specific storage facilities on the ground floor.

Bike shelter

There is a common bike storage in every building.

Pram storage

There is a pram storage in every building. You can obtain an access right from the office by paying a €10 deposit.

Cold storage

There is a cold storage on the ground floor of buildings LMN, Q, R, S and Ä, from where you can book a storage cabinet by paying a €10 deposit.

Lockable outdoor storage facilities

You can rent a lockable outdoor storage for a motorcycle, moped, bicycle or car tires by paying a monthly fee. The agreement is made in the office and invoiced in connection with the rent using the same reference number.

• Outdoor bike shelter: €5/month
• Moped shelter: €10/month
• Motorcycle shelter: €10/month
