Broadband and TV services
DNA’s 10-megabit connection will be updated to Telia’s 100-megabit connection as of March 31, 2021. The change requires action from the residents, please read the instructions carefully!
As of March 31, 2021, you will have access to a Telia broadband subscription operating at a basic speed of 100 megabits free of charge. If you want, you can get more speed and additional services at a much lower price than normal consumer prices. To access your internet connection you need to subscribe to the broadband service from Telia. The connection will work on your current devices via the data plug with Ethernet technology.
Cable TV will work with the same TV equipment as before. On the day you switch from DNA to Telia, you must do a channel search on your TV. Cable TV brings all free basic channels to your TV, as well as separately ordered channel packages and individual additional channels.
Modification of existing agreements
The services of DNA, the current housing company broadband and cable TV operator, will operate normally until March 31, 2021. The 10M base rate included in the current housing agreement will then stop working. However, DNA does not automatically terminate the old contract, but the resident must terminate the old contract or negotiate possible new contract terms with DNA. Other additional DNA services will not be terminated automatically, and you can terminate them if you wish, as of March 31, 2021. We recommend that you avoid entering into fixed-term agreements with DNA at this stage, so that you can, if you wish, switch to using Telia’s services smoothly.
How do I get new services up and running?
You can access Telia’s broadband by placing an order with Telia. You can place an order in advance.
Your current online services and prices will not update automatically. Contact Telia’s customer service to use the housing company’s internet connection. If you need a wireless Wi-Fi network, order a wireless router from Telia for a one-time fee of € 29.
Subscribe to new services or change your existing broadband subscription:

• Come and visit a Telia store: Telia Kauppa Mylly or another Telia Kauppa of your choice. You can get a modem with you immediately from Telia Store.
